By accessing the phlov3 platform in any manner — including browsing, registering, depositing, or placing any wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the phlov3 Privacy Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must cease using phlov3 immediately and refrain from creating an account.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phlov3 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements. phlov3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use phlov3. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations. phlov3 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person below 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Funds forfeited, and the matter reported to PAGCOR as required by regulation.
phlov3 is operated exclusively for players located within the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are physically present in the Philippines and that online gambling is lawful in your place of residence. Players who circumvent geographic restrictions through VPN, proxy, or other technical means do so in violation of these Terms and may have their Accounts suspended and Funds withheld.
Each individual may hold one (1) phlov3 Account. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or devices, are prohibited. phlov3 reserves the right to merge, close, or permanently suspend duplicate Accounts and to void any associated transactions or winnings.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information phlov3 may require for identity verification. You are responsible for keeping this information current. phlov3 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlov3 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phlov3 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
You agree to notify phlov3 immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach. phlov3 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security or have shared your login details.
phlov3 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Account. phlov3 reserves the right to implement additional verification steps at any time where the security of an Account or the integrity of the Platform may be at risk.
phlov3 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phlov3 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — all deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.00. phlov3 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit limits at any time upon notice to players.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. phlov3 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes of approval, though processing times may be affected by third-party payment provider delays beyond phlov3's control. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
phlov3 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, as required by PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering regulations. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in a hold on withdrawal processing.
phlov3 is obligated to comply with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. phlov3 may request the source of funds for large transactions and is required to report suspicious transactions to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as mandated by law.
Each game available on phlov3 is subject to individual game rules published within the respective game interface. These rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall apply to that specific game.
phlov3 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games, independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers and recorded for review purposes.
Bets once confirmed cannot be reversed or cancelled. phlov3 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds display, or manifest error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's wallet.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any phlov3 content without prior written authorisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlov3's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.
phlov3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or winnings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, even if phlov3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phlov3 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. phlov3 accepts no liability for any losses arising from Platform downtime.

Upon Account closure in good standing, any remaining Funds will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after completion of required verification checks and deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

Where changes are material, phlov3 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining Funds before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of phlov3 shall first be submitted to phlov3's internal dispute resolution process by contacting phlov3 support at [email protected]. phlov3 undertakes to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through phlov3's internal process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms or to the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
