5.1 Regulatory Authorities

phlov3 is obligated to disclose player data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine government authorities as required by law, regulation, or a valid court order.

5.2 Payment Service Providers

If phlov3 becomes aware that an account has been created by a person below 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated data retained only as required for regulatory purposes, and the matter reported to PAGCOR.

The effective date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
